The author of the book "The Happiness Advantage." The author, Shawn Achor is a Harvard scientist that has researched to prove that success stems from happiness and how happiness could be the best competitive advantage a person could have.
The best part is that he teaches in the book five exercises that program the human brain toward happiness. The first one is to write down three gratitudes as day and why you are grateful for them for 21 days. At the end of 21 days, your brain has consciously thought of 63 things you are grateful for! Please join me in raising PFF's collective happiness by posting your three gratitudes per day.
I'll start!

1. I am grateful for health, energy and freedom.
2. I am grateful for having come out of a few troubling situations relatively unscathed.
3. I am grateful for having been raised in a supportive, optimistic, open-minded environment.

This seems like such a good idea. It's easy to look at what we don't have and forget about what we do. Here are my three: 1. I am greatful for having the opportunity to have a good education 2. I am greatful for my health 3. I am greatful for those close to me for always being there p.s Rami I think you posted 3 in the first one

Shawn Achor is amazing, I watched his TedX video about this topic before.
My three gratitudes are:
1.) I am grateful for being privileged to simply use all my 5 senses. 2.) I am grateful for having a roof over my head. 3.) I am grateful for having the freedom to explore myself and the world.
